Who is responsible for your data

Zenetics is run by Jay Eyears in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Jay Eyears (Zenetics) decides how your personal data is used. You can reach Jay on WhatsApp at +66 88 052 0333 or by email at earleyears@gmail.com.

What we collect

• From the booking form: your name, age, email address, WhatsApp or LINE number, the program you are interested in, and which page you came from.
• During your assessment and coaching: your goals, health history, lifestyle, medications, injuries, body measurements, training records and any blood test results you choose to share.
• Progress photos, results and quotes: only with your separate written consent.
• Website security data: technical details such as your IP address and browser type, used to keep the website secure.

Health information is sensitive personal data. We collect and use it only with your explicit consent, unless the law allows otherwise.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange your free assessment, with your consent.
• To recommend a suitable program and provide your coaching, based on our agreement with you and your explicit consent for health information.
• To review your progress every 90 days.
• To keep payment and business records, where the law requires this.
• To keep the website secure, which is in our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your health information for advertising.

If you choose not to share your data

Sharing your data is your choice. Without your contact details, we cannot reply to you. Without your health information, we may not be able to recommend a safe and suitable program.

Who may see your data

Jay is the only person at Zenetics who uses your data. We also rely on these services, which handle data for us or for you:

• Namecheap: website hosting and storage of form submissions.
• Google: email through Gmail, and website fonts. Loading the fonts sends your IP address to Google.
• WhatsApp and LINE: messages between you and Jay.
• Laboratories, Boonbua Clinic Chiang Mai or your doctor: only if you choose to use them and agree to the sharing.

We may also share data where the law requires it.

Sending data outside Thailand

Some of these services may store or process data outside Thailand, in countries whose privacy protections may differ from Thailand’s. By giving your consent on the booking form, you agree to this. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to a program: 12 months after our last contact.
• Client records and private progress photos: during your program and for 12 months after it ends.
• Payment records: for as long as the law requires.

Cookies

The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser may store a security cookie set by our hosting provider, which helps protect the website. If this changes, we will update this policy.

Your rights

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask to:

• See or get a copy of your data.
• Move your data to another provider.
• Correct your data.
• Delete your data, or restrict how we use it.
• Object to how we use your data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Message Jay on WhatsApp at +66 88 052 0333 or email earleyears@gmail.com. We will reply as soon as we can, and within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect how we used your data before you withdrew it.

You can also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.

Keeping your data safe

We use password-protected accounts and limit access to your data. If a data breach puts your rights at risk, we will report it and tell you as the law requires.

Age

Zenetics is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 20.

Changes to this policy

We will update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes. If a change significantly affects you, we will tell you directly.
