What we provide

Zenetics provides health coaching and education. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and it does not replace your doctor.

Your health

• Tell Jay about any health conditions, medications, injuries or changes in your health.
• Check with your doctor before you start if you are unsure whether a program is safe for you.
• Stop and seek medical advice if you feel unwell during training.

Free assessment

Your initial health assessment is free, and there is no obligation to join.

Programs and fees

Blood tests are optional and paid separately. A full panel costs about ฿8,000.

Payment and stopping

• Programs are designed around a first 90-day block.
• Fees are paid monthly in advance.
• You can stop after 30 or 60 days if you choose.
• Fees already paid are not refundable, unless you change programs part-way through a month.

Changing programs

You can switch between Core, Prime and Apex at any time. If you switch before a paid month ends, you receive a partial refund for that month, and your new program starts on the payment date.

Sessions

Coached sessions last 60 minutes. There is no fixed studio. Jay usually meets clients at a gym or coffee shop in Chiang Mai, at a place arranged with you. Any gym entry fee is paid by you.

You can reschedule a session with 24 hours’ notice. A session changed with less notice counts as used, but Jay will be flexible for illness and genuine work or family emergencies.

After the first 90 days

Your reassessment guides the next step. You may continue month to month, commit to another 90 days, or finish coaching if you have reached your goals and want to continue on your own.

Blood tests and referrals

Laboratories and Boonbua Clinic Chiang Mai are independent of Zenetics. Their own terms and fees apply to any service they provide to you.

Results

Individual results vary, and we cannot guarantee a particular result. Your results depend on many factors, including your health, your habits and how closely you follow your plan.

Photos and testimonials

We use your photos, results or quotes only with your separate signed consent.

Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal data.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Thai law. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Changes to these terms

We will update the date at the top of this page if these terms change. We will tell current clients in advance about any change to their fees or terms.
